As one of the rare organic growers of fresh kaffir lime leaves in Europe, we were thrilled to be selected as a supplier.
Our organic leaves grow in open ground, without artificial light or heating; unwanted insects are controlled by beneficial auxiliary insects. We, too, strive for the lowest possible environmental impact.
Bangkok Spice was created by chef Tim Raue. It is an oil with a dominant kaffir lime leaf flavor combined with lemongrass, ginger, garlic, Thai chili, and coriander..
This condiment is strong and fresh. The company is young and exciting.
